Cardiofilia - by Setto - racconto erotico eng/ita

Testo originale

It was January 19, 2000 and in my small town in northern Italy it was a really cold day.

I went to the public doctor office under the pretext of undergoing a general examination to guide me in the choosing of my new doctor.

The room temperature was not much more comfortable than the open air and she sat at her desk reading a supposedly medical book, wearing a military-style turtleneck sweater under her white coat buttoned up to neck

After we introduced each other I asked her if I could been undergone a minimal routine check-up which included auscultation of the thorax.

She agreed amazed but pleasantly flattered by my request and asked me to sit on the examination table and to lift the sweater until the back was uncovered.

I had purposely worn a tight sweater with no openings and difficult to roll up, so I pretended to be forced to remove it completely.

"I'm sorry it's so cold, but it always seems like this here ..." she said.

"Don't worry", I said, "I'm aware of the situation"

She then began with the evaluation of thoracic expansion, asking me in the meantime if I was a smoker or if I had previous pulmonary diseases, and after that palpation began a dense finger percussion.

The palms and the fingertips of her little hands were truly frozen!

She took the purple stethoscope with tunable diaphragm she had on the desk next to the sphygmomanometer and I did see her as she slipped it into his ears as she coming back behind me.

"Mr, you are really very tall and I hardly get to auscultate the upper part of your lungs, could you please move back a little on the examination table?" I followed her request.

The repeated deep breaths that she asked me to take by moving systematicly the chestpiece of the stethoscope over my bare back thorax that shivering from the cold contact, had the effect of increase the rhythm of my heartbeat which was already at paroxysmal levels due to the situation, so exciting for me.

Just to know, she was very small in stature and I am 6 feet and 7/8 inches tall.

Finally, it was time for the anterior chest examination.

She made me lie down on my back and after a quick percussion and pulmonary auscultation, less thorough than the posterior one, perhaps not having detected anything suspicious from the same to investigate further, she firmly pressed the chestpiece of the stethoscope on my mitral area.

I noticed only then that she had placed herself on my left and was handling the stethoscope with her left hand, clear signs of left-handedness.

An additional exciting, I don't know why, particular.

I clearly felt the pressure changes of the stethoscope against my ribcage over the same spot but that it was the system to differentiate the auscultation of low- and high-frequency auscultation tones, I would have discovered that only some years later. She was young and probably open-minded in front of what in those years was a technology still not well knowed, at least in Italy I presume.

From the mitral spot, very lateral and low indeed, she moved the stethoscope to the apical spot and I saw her with the corner of my eye as she consulted the watch that, as a left-handed, she wore on her right wrist with the dial facing to the opposite of the "normal" side.

"Detecting your heart rate is practically useless, the rhythm is tachycardic but the heart is healthy and if it beats so rapidly it is certainly not due to pathological causes."

After this opinion, however expressed with a light embarassed and enigmatic smile on her lips, followed one another a series of increases and decreases in the pressure of the tuneable diaphragm which seemed as numerous as interminable to me.

"Put your sweater back on, it's really cold here!" she said after having also auscultated to the pulmonary spot, with the same accuracy and abundance of pressure variations. Perhaps she had sensed that she had found a patient who did not mind that conscientiousness at all and was taking advantage of it to do practice with her new cardiologic toy. I joke.

I reluctantly put on my sweater and from the examination table I went to sit in the chair opposite her at the desk.

"I didn't get your blood pressure!" she said turning nervously the sphygmomanometer in her hands.

"You stay on the chair I'll take it from there" and saying so she came and sat on the edge of the desk in front of me.

But my tight sweater didn't even allow me to roll up my sleeve, and once more I found myself, not at all upset, bare-chested few inches from her.

Testo tradotto in italiano e adattato
